PLEASE HELP on an easier way which works! Is there a box I can put a tick in or some other way which will allow a download without this other 'Save' box? If you could advise in layman's terms that would be really helpful as I couldn't follow other advice which didn't seem to work.
I resort every time to going into Internet Explorer just to immediately download but I shouldn't have to take this action each time as it always tells me I have to shut down Mozilla Firefox before downloading - ? How can I download on Mozilla Firefox if I have to shut it down first? Something is wrong here and I would like it to just download immediately like Internet Explorer does without all the hassle of saving and then not finding. I notice others have asked this same problem and although I tried to follow their answers were still unable to download with Firefox. I don't want to do either, I just want, like Internet Explorer will do, to download! I have tried to find my saved files but this is always unachievable and a palava and takes so long without giving any successful results and I cannot seem to do it this way. Every time I try to download anything with Mozilla Firefox it will not give me a download page but just brings up a box asking if I want to 'Save' or 'Cancel'. Windows in S mode does not allow installation of apps from outside of the Microsoft Store, so you will not be able to install Firefox from Mozillas website.
